Task Order Management. JAVIS provides the technical and functional activities at the task order level needed for the Program Management. It includes productivity and management methods such as quality assurance and progress/status reporting at the task order level. Provides the centralized administrative, clerical, documentation and related functions. Task Order Management Preparation supports the preparation of a TO Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout TO execution. JAVIS develops a project-planning chart that describes Y2K schedule requirements. Provides a monthly status report monitoring the quality assurance, configuration management, and security management applied to the TO (as appropriate to the specific nature of the SOW). JAVIS plans, controls, and reports progress of the collective subtasks of this task order including activities undertaken to accomplish each subtask, associated milestones and required resources. Additionally, JAVIS supports frequent status meetings with the Government and/or developers. Deliverables include TO Management Plan, Project Planning Chart and Progress Status Reports.JAVIS provides Y2K Risk Evaluation Support. The support includes the collection of Y2K compliance information from application developers and Regional Y2K coordinators to assess compliance for each application. Deliverables include Y2k Risk Evaluation Interview Finding Report and Risk Evaluation Status Database. JAVIS assists in the assessment of high-risk applications COTS, GOTS, Workstation, telecommunication (network, etc.), mainframe, and databases to identify during the risk evaluation of the previous task. JAVIS reviews existing management processes and structure, test strategy and procedures, Y2K reporting, and project Y2K plans. JAVIS develops an executable test plan for verifying the Y2K process. JAVIS recommends criteria for selection of representable COTS, workstation, applications, telecommunication, mainframe and database. JAVIS uses a generic Y2K test plan developed in a previous task order to develop detailed test procedures to validate Y2K compliance operation during integration testing. JAVIS uses the Y2K test plan and procedures developed in previous task order to perform testing to validate Y2K compliance. JAVIS investigates external data feeds to identify external interfaces and data formats. JAVIS provides BOR information technology assessments and recommendations of information technology services and solutions.
