Executive Summary
JAVIS Automation & Engineering, Inc. is a small business that is
growing at
a fast pace with business revenues expected at least double over the next

the explosive upcoming growth. For example, a new position of Operations

The government contracting process and the internal JAVIS Automation

company. Other strengths of the current management system are in passing
those customer requirements that are appropriate to any
supplier/subcontractor of JAVIS Automation & Engineering, Inc. and
weekly
internal meetings to track status of the various projects.
